Each session strengthens your nervous system to more effectively handle daily stress, and balances the glandular system to support your personal well-being. You will practice different breath exercises (pranayama) to relieve stress, yoga sets (kriya) to support women’s health and vitality, and meditations to promote self-healing and relaxation.
