Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi and yogini, we welcome you to participate in our weekly donation-based classes. Our classes are open to all!

  • Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Gong w/ Adi Singh.

  • 1 Hour lunchtime Kundalini with Courtney. Get your midday yoga & meditation on!

Recommendations for your Kundalini Yoga experience:

  • Practice Kundalini Yoga, preferably with an empty stomach

  • Choose cozy clothes made of natural fibers (cotton, linen, hemp, etc.)

  • A water bottle at hand is always a good idea

  • Respect the sacred space of the class: all phones should be in flight mode or turned off.
