Recommendations for your Kundalini Yoga experience:
Practice Kundalini Yoga, preferably with an empty stomach
Choose cozy clothes made of natural fibers (cotton, linen, hemp, etc.)
A water bottle at hand is always a good idea
Respect the sacred space of the class: all phones should be in flight mode or turned off.
