  • A 220-Hour Got Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program, where you will learn the practice and philosophy of kundalini yoga, and earn a teaching KRI™ Level 1 and Yoga Alliance approved certification.

    This course includes classroom instruction and home practice in a well-defined curriculum which will include:

    • Yoga postures and Alignment

    • Kriyas, Meditation, Pranayam

    • Sacred Sound and Mantras

    • Mudras and Body Locks

    • Yogic Philosophy and History

    • Yogic Energetic and Anatomy

    • Western Anatomy

    • Yogic lifestyle

    • Develop a clear, calm meditative mind

    • Teaching Practice

    • Develop a daily yoga practice

  • Starts September, 22th, 2023

    • 8 weekends (180 hours in-person and 40 hours of homework/online training)

    • Wednesday Night Virtual: 6:30-8:30 pm - Select Dates TBD - online practice teaching & guest trainers

    • Group Morning Sadhanas will be scheduled throughout the training. 4:30-7:00 am

  • In-person weekend sessions will take place at:

    This is primarily an in person training course with some aspects online.

Meet the Training Team

  • Dr. Haridass Kaur, Ph.D.

    Dr. Haridass Kaur teaches people how to access and activate their wisdom, strength, joy and personal freedom through the practice of Kundalini Yoga. She is the founder of Infinite Goddess School of Human Advancement and an International Lead Teacher Trainer. She will teach the History of Yoga, Awakening the Consciousness, and Humanology modules.

  • Dhruv Singh

    Dhruv Singh Khalsa has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for a decade + after coming to the practice in 2010. He received his first 200hr certification in 2012 from Yoga Yoga Austin, TX where he was taught by Mehtab & Gurukaram Benton, and Siri Bahadur Singh Khalsa. He has gone on to achieve training in Vedic Astrology, Sound Therapy, and Ayurveda. He has spent the last 11 years sharing the transformative teachings of yoga and building conscious communities. Dhruv is an initiated Amritdhari Sikh and a member of the Khalsa. He currently lives in Phoenix, AZ with his son Pavan.

  • Danielle Daya Radl

    Danielle Daya Radl is a faithful Kundalini Yogi who has worked with Guru Singh as her mentor for 13 years. With 24 years of experience, Daya completed thousands of hours of professional training in various yoga schools and traditions. She is Yoga Alliance certified (500 E-RYT), and a Registered Children’s Yoga Educator. She will guest teach Postures and Teaching in Specialized Settings modules.

  • Seva Simran Singh

    Seva Simran has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 15 years since 2004 after receiving certification at Yoga West in Los Angeles and has been working in teacher trainings since 2009. His classes emphasize empowerment and growth to break unwanted habits, strengthen the intuition, move past hidden limitations and come into a deeper relationship with meditative subtle, sensitivity and awareness. Whether you are a seasoned Kundalini Yogi or have never taken a Kundalini class, Seva Simran invites you to see what Kundalini Yoga has to offer you.
