Dhyan Jaijeet Kaur
Dhyan Jaijeet Kaur meditated for more than 10 years before discovering Kundalini Yoga during her twin pregnancy. The technology was a blessing, as it helped her navigate severe postpartum depression due to several birth traumas. Her classes emphasize breathwork and deep meditation to create the space to listen to the quiet guidance of our soul and develop our subtlety and radiance. DJK is a French citizen who is bilingual in Spanish and has a career in art education. She leads the Aquarian Sadhana every Saturday morning.
