  • Dave

Dave embarked on his journey of practicing Kundalini yoga in 2017 during a challenging period—a divorce that shook the foundations of his being. Yet, Kundalini yoga became his anchor, helping him maintain balance and nurture his mental well-being. Having resided in Arizona for over 50 years, his life experience has been enriched by both the arid landscape and the vibrant practice of Kundalini yoga. As a teacher, his focus lies in strengthening the nervous system and regulating its flow. The tools of Kundalini yoga are potent, like ancient mantras echoing through time. His desire is that you, too, can benefit from the transformative power of Kundalini yoga!
